After more than 3 months of work, OCA Global's International Division successfully completed the acquisition of Experts Oil Services LLC (EOS) last February.
EOS is an industrial inspection company founded in 2013 and specialized in Manufacturing Inspection Services, supply of technical personnel and Non Destructive Testing mainly for the Oil & Gas sector.
EOS is based in Abu Dhabi and is registered with the main companies and entities in the Emirates. The Director for this new group company is Abdelnaby Aly, an Egyptian national with more than 20 years of experience in the inspection sector and with extensive experience in the region.
OCA Global has been working in the region on a permanent basis for more than a year, with a presence in Kuwait, the Emirates and Saudi Arabia, where it plans to set up a subsidiary in the near future.
From the International Division, we are very excited to continue "expanding the family" and to have this new arm that will surely give us more strength as a group.
