We evaluated the environmental and climate change program of the IPA 2013 mechanism in Albania

The Consulting and Technical Advisory Division of OCA Global has been selected by the European Commission to carry out the final evaluation of the environment and climate change program for the Pre-Accession Assistance Instrument (IPA) 2013 of European union.
Albania's IPA program focuses on advancing issues related to the EU Acquis, in particular administrative capacity, adoption and enforcement of legislation in areas such as environment and agriculture.
The main objective of this contract is to systematically and periodically evaluate the climate change and environmental areas of the IPA program in Albania to assess the degree of compliance and results achieved. This assignment will provide an assessment of the EU intervention at sectoral level, and will include the main conclusions and lessons learned in order to improve future EU actions in the country.
